Well, as for what my page says I`ll just add alittle to it i`m of Dominican heritage as if my page didn`t give it away lol :) I`m the type of person I love to laugh and smile but when it`s time to get serious I well. About my apperance I`m 5`4" 180 sexy healthy latina, light skin complexion, chinky brown eyes. I`m a very ambitious person. I also consider myself a very liberal and independent women. I`m and outgoing person that won`t settle for less. If you like to know anything else just ask.
List of things that turn me on:
I loathe vanity in men, but appreciate men who take pride in their appearance. I admire ambitious men, but resent men who lose sleep over their careers. I love men who feel as comfortable on a baseball field as they do in a tuxedo.
"Uh, sense of humor," I have a sense of humor so I wouldn`t mind a laugh every now and then. I guess there is no pleasing a women.. lol
List things that turn me off:
I`m turned off on a first date if the guy never quits the act. I know that men and women are all nervous on the first date, and we do a little acting (laughing at each other`s jokes, telling funny stories, etc) and I love to laugh, but by the end of the date the guy should be starting to show a little bit of his real personality. Tell me why you love your job, show me your soft side by telling me about your dog, give me something to latch on to that makes you an individual. If a guy wants sex on the first date that`s also a bigturn off. There should be no pressure, because we know that everything we`ve done with you on the first date you`ve also done with all your other first dates.
The biggest mistake...."How long has it been since you dated? What kind of guy was he? What happened? How many kids do you want? Hello...this is just dinner!!!
With that said I hope I don`t offened no one, just keeping it real.
Just an insight on how some people judge others because of they way they look and never really get to know the true persons inner soul.
Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder
There is a proverb that says "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder," I think it is true. This means that something or someone is beautiful, depending on the person who is looking. For example, if my nephew or neice draws a picture, using many colors and asymmetrical lines, and writes down, "Auntie, I love you", I think that it is beautiful. But if another person looks at the picture, he/she may think, "It`s good, but my son/daughter drew a better picture."
People judge beauty in relationship to themselves.
Another example is in art. If I look at a painting by a famous artist, it is possible that I can`t understand it and think it`s ugly, but if another person such as a famous painter sees it, he will surely say that it is beautiful. I think people judge beauty just in relationship to themselves. If I wear casual clothes to my job, the people who like wearing formal clothes might say that I look ugly.
Love is blind.
Another example is between persons. If I like a man and fall in love with him, for me he is handsome and attractive, but for another women he can be unattractive. I remember the end of the movie, Planet of Apes. When Charlton Heston kissed an ape, she (the ape) told him that she accepted him, but thought he was ugly.
True beauty opens locked doors. Many people look for external beauty, and they forget about feelings. But in the end, when the beauty is over, the same doors will be closed.
