Calle 13 disappeared from the map after six Grammys and an entire continent chanting their hit single "Atr vete-te-te-te" (dare to); the two brothers embarked on an exploration to discover the people and cultures that through their tour were touched by their music. "A nomad with no path I embarked to explore an entire continent, inspired by myths and stories that the moon relates, today I will head north with no passport" sings Residente in the song "Pal Norte". They arrive in a remote island in Lake Titicaca, home of the cultures of the high plains of Peru and Bolivia. They visit a "shaman" to make a rite for their future trip. With offerings of llama fetuses and coca leaves, Calle 13 begin a physical and mental voyage to open the doors of their imagination and stimulate the fibers of their emotions. 2006 marked a significant year in the career of the group, they outshined all the artists in their genre and won everything they could have possibly won but on a bus filled with miners from the Peruvian Andes, no one recognizes the red carpet mega stars. At this point the trip becomes a personal torment leading the artists to question the environment that surrounds them.
