Universe (You In A Verse) The mere mention of your name lures, then tames the fiery pulsar. Sending comets to flight as it ignites a supernova. And upon a quick once-over, the cosmos is utterly infatuated . . . As you leave galaxies of those like me with a crush on the existence which you've created. Your beauty caresses the spine and recesses of the universe. Causing earths gravitation, orbit, and rotation to reverse. When you move, with no resistance, you soothe the ocean's tides. Seducing into existence the moon as daylight hides. With just one simple smile, you defile all that is unpretty. Which is why it's such a pity that all the stars in the sky at night wish that they could fall, only to spite one who's light shines far more bright. Only admitting that they've been out done when you wake, rise, and cast shadows upon the sun.
Starting out with my favorite poetry piece written by my best friend Robb J.- I am surrounded by fabulous strong (married)men- so please, come correct... Hmmmm let's see... I'm a pretty casual, low-maintenance kinda girl (don't let the looks fool ya) with a 7 month old daughter (and ZERO drama from my child's father). While I've never had a problem working it out for a business meeting or party, I would love nothing more than just lounging around the house with (insert potential lucky guy's name here). I despise men who take longer to get ready than me, and can be ready for anything in a quick minute if you make it worth my while. I can appreciate anyone who really knows who they are, and I love a man who is consistent... Being open minded isn't even an option- its a requirement. We won't always see eye to eye- but at least see where I am coming from. Asides from that I like to keep it positive and surround myself with people who make me laugh, whether we're laughing at ourselves or other people it doesn't matter: true laughter is what it's all about!
