Hola mi gente, I'm Honduran American, born in La Cieba Honduras raised here in the U.S.A. My friends and mentors were Boricuas and dominican brothers coming up in the 70's & 80's
Hector Lavoa, Eddie Palmerie, Oscar Deleon, Celia Cruz,Tito Puente,Harlo brothers, Ruben Blades , Gato Barbieri, Santana, Earth Wind & Fire, James Brown, The Jackson Five, Average White Band , The Rolling Stones, were all on top of the charts
I embrace all of which I am made of, Black, East Indian, French, born in a spanish country. Grew up in the East Coast, in the heart of it all one of the barios in Brooklyn, la Quinta Park Slope area, New York, it offered me not one but all of my cultures and some.
I enjoy Life and all that it has to offer ever since I could remember, Motown, Salsa, Merenge, Rock & roll, R&B, Jazz, Blues, Park Slope, Brooklyn pizza, Juniors cheese cake, hand ball, b-ball, public pools in redhook, the Copa Cabanna, Rose Land, the Jersey Shore, Prospect Park, Central Park.
I love life and thus far all that it has given me. And now my Journey in this life has brought me to Southern California, yet another venue for me to embrace.
