Today as I was listening to an audio book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, he said something that made me do a mental rewind through my life and reflect on some of the important relationships that I have had. What I realized is that every interaction we have is filtered through our own prescription glasses that were made by our previous life experiences, so that is why no one ever sees things quite the same.
