Hey,

My name is Ed and I'm a Puerto Rican (Boricua) who is very much into his Latin Carribean Culture. I take a great interest in the Latin Culture in itself but especially so, the African Diaspora in Latin America.

I happen to have an old soul and am very nostalgic. That is the reason why I tend to gravitate towards the history, music, movies, photos etc... of the past from Latin America.

I take great pleasure in collecting memorabilia (vintage photos/archival film footage) of the Latin Caribbean performing artists of the past.

I have a passion and great respect for the Latin (Cuban/Puerto Rican) singers/musicians/performers of the old vanguard such as: Celia Cruz, La Lupe, Sonora Matancera, Beny More, Rita Montaner, Olga Guillot, Myrta Silva, Bola de Nieve, Bobby Capo, Daniel Santos, Celeste Mendoza, Arsenio Rodriguez, Machito, Graciela, Tito Puente, La Freddy, Juana Bacallao, Rafael Hernandez, Pedro Flores, Tite Curet Alonso, Chano Pozo, Fajardo y su Estrellas, Celina y Reutilio, Trio Matamoros, Los Guaracheros de Oriente, La India de Oriente, Paulina Alvarez, Barbarito Diez, Rolando Laserrie, Elena Burke, Xiomara Alfaro, Candido, Candita, Luis Carbonell, Blanca Rosa Gil, Bertha Dupuy, Eusebia Cosme, Tona la Negra, Miguelia Valdez, Orquesta Aragon, Los Papines, Caridad Cuervo,Vicentico Valdez, Peruchin, Chapottin y sus Estrellas, Maria Teresa Vera, Los Zafiros etc, etc.....

I also have a fascination for two of the greatest Gypsy "Bailaoras" (Flamenco Dancers) who happen to be Carmen Amaya and Lola Flores.
