This pre-booty call agreement (herein after referred to as the Agreement) is entered into as the _____________day of ____________, 2003, by and between ________________ and _______________. It is hereby accepted and agreed that in the execution of the aforementioned booty-call, the following rules will apply equally to both of the parties named above. There will be:
