I started my education and finished it in New York City, I completed my criminal law training at the N.Y.C. Police Department Academy in 1978
I retired on a medical from working in the N.Y.C. Police Department (Police Officer)

The best education I received was working on the streets of New York!
I love American and Latino dishes, I am a fantastic cook so their's no special plates that can't be made and enjoyed at the diner table, I enjoy all colors, I also stay in touch by watching shows of interest & Enjoy 70's music......
I love to travel when time permits, watch DVDs or the theater with the woman I love, laughing, going out with my children or just plan having a fun conversation with a glass of wine...........
My mother was born in Humacao Puerto Rico, my dads parents where from Minsk Belarus, I learned the best of both worlds from my parents......
Last but not least!
I temporarily live in Calarca Quindio, Colombia but I do plan on returning to the United States within the year or maybe not!
