HOLA MIGENTE:

" I SHOULD HAVE NO OTHER MORTAL WANTS, IF I COULD ALWAYS HAVE PLENTY OF MUSIC. IT SEEMS TO INFUSE STRENGTH INTO MY LIMBS AND IDEAS INTO MY BRAIN. LIFE SEEMS TO GO ON WITH OUT EFFORT, WHEN I AM FILLED WITH MUSIC."

I am 23 years old, love to dance, drink & have a good time with family & friends. I value family & friends, they are everything to me. I try my best to live life to the fullest no matter what comes my way. I am a down to earth person who is easy to get along with, unless you get on my bad side. FAMILIA is the most important in my life right now. I just recently lost my mom due to cancer in March of 2007. So, it's been tough for just my younger sister & I. We've got to live life & make her proud. Which I know that's what will do. So if you want to know more send me a note. MUCH LOVE

Posted May 06th, 2008 at 06:48am

The 5th of May is not Mexican Independence Day, but it should be! And Cinco de Mayo is not an American holiday, but it should be. Mexico declared its independence from mother Spain on midnight, the 15th of September, 1810. And it took 11 years before the first Spanish soldiers were told and forced to leave Mexico.

So, why Cinco de Mayo? And why should Americans savor this day as well? Because 4,000 Mexican soldiers smashed the French and... (continue reading)
