An interior designer and illustrator for many years then published my first Childrens novel. I wrote Medwins Room to put down on paper the rampant images and adventures that filled my imagination, and in doing so, I have been lucky to capture the imagination of children and adults all around the world. I have taken the love and strength of the family unit and woven it into a fast paced and imaginative story of adventure and magic with a surprise behind every door. I am delighted that my first book, has become so popular and am equally delighted and honoured when some describe me as Australias answer to Enid Blyton or J.K. Rowlings.
