personal messageI was born in Bay Ridge Brooklyn New York. My patriotism to my country led me to become a member of the United States Army. I have always looked to work with communities in need, and while working with FEMA during the Burlington County floods, I was able to help the disabled and elderly with food and shelter resources. Also, I worked as an Executive Secretary with Group Homes of Camden County, where I drafted state reports did research in order to get the headstart branch to successfully pass their State inspection and keep the center open. This allowed many of the low income working families of the East Camden population to have day care in their neighborhood. One of the best jobs I ever worked was Instructional Assistant at East Camden Middle School, where I assisted the students with their work in classrooms for the Camden City Board of Education. There, I received recognition for my work and was awarded a Teacher Appreciation Certificate. In the early 1990s, I coordinated with the City of Camden to demolish abandoned homes in the neighborhood of Emma Street in South Camden, NJ. This project helped to employ prisoners from Camden County Correctional Facility in Camden, New Jersey. They were able to do the clean up after the homes were demolished. I gained respect for being the only resident to rehab a dangerous drug infested community in need. Here is a small sample coverage on how residents may reach out when their community is in a specific need: http://cbs3.com/local/Sexual.P redators.Camden.2.621975.html Recently, I wrote a Christian childrens book entitled Meximan. Meximan represents hard work and my family struggles. Currently, I network with all industries in order to help others gain employment. My purpose is to serve as a guide for people and communities in need. I have served as a moderator and internet motivator on freestyle.fm and am owner of the website Networking for Employment. I successfully coached and taught local business owners how to become actively involved sponsors in their communities so that they may become role models to others. I get together with local schools to get teachers hired, non-profit community programs to get staff hired, and local law enforcement agencies during events. A few of my responsibilities go as follows: Employment referrals, management, biographies, resumes, sponsorship research, legal contract research, proposal writing, mentoring, and translating. I will continue to help more communities in need. Feel free to join my website http://www.networkingforemploy ment.com, and also my group on Facebook "Networking for employment".
