Hey, Migente! My name is Liz and I'm 21 years old. I'm an only child, great friend, focused scholar, and crazy New Yorker =] I'm loud, opinionated, passionate and intelligent. I try to lead a drama free life. At the moment, I'm focused on my studies in Maine. I'm a Human Development major (combination of education and sociology). I'm studying to become a teacher - not sure what grade level but I really enjoy working with kids. I believe the medium of teaching is exceptional because it deals with humanity and the mind. -Materialism keeps our people down so don't come at me with the hooked up Honda Civics or wads of cash and expect me to be impressed. Drug dealers, gang members - save it for the hoodrats. - My family is COLOMBIAN but I was born in the states. I'm the only granddaughter on my mom's side. I have 15 male cousins. I speak (almost) perfect Spanish. I'm not one of those Latino people who claim to be a quarter this, and half that, and my grandma was from Spain because it makes them feel superior, and yet they can't speak a word of Spanish. LOL. Nah, I was raised VERY VERY Colombian and I'm very proud of that. I love Colombian food, music, people and culture! I try to go visit Cali and Pereira every chance I get.
random facts if you're interested in getting to know me [i'm really not that interesting tho lol] -i speak italian. i love flying. i love being high. i want to sky dive soon. i'm pretty unpredictable. i'm getting inked soon. -i love to dance. clubbing isn't really my thing anymore, but i'll never turn down a good party. i studied ballet when i was younger. i'm not shy ;) -i love reading and writing. i keep up with the news (not just CNN and The New York Times, but various sources). i love researching random topics, i'm a pop culture fanatic, and i can't live without good music. -i'm obsessed with music, art, film, photography, food, tripping, mary jane, and tattoos. -i'm an individual who seeks out the truth and doesn't expect the government to provide it. emancipate yourself from mental slavery.
