personal message![]() Psst.. "MAMITA", come and fly with me.
Saludos mi gente...I am boricua and my home is now Dallas, Texas. I am from Guanica, Puerto Rico, raised in Manati...Boricua puro y siempre de piel canela...the song playing I dedicate to Luisa, I am sure she is out there listening The coolest thing that has happened in my life is the addition of my first grand daughter Riley...after that I can tell you that I love my 3 boys, flying Airplanes, baseball and Pelusa my dog.. and to that special Boricua negrita I say: Que a veces yo te levante al rayar el dia y que mi idilio perdure siempre al llegar la noche y cuando venga la aurora llena de goces Se fundan en una sola tu alma y la mia.... Wepa! Boricua....When I am asked, who are you? I proudly answer... "Soy del pan la levadura, que alimenta la esperanza del hombre Puertorriqueño el despertar de mi patria... traigo sangre Borinqueño, soy hijo de la palmera de los campos y rios, y del cantar del coqui de valles y cafetales, de caña, azucar y piña de guayaba y manpostiales, de tembleque, y de mavi... Sinceramente soy un pescador de sue os...Boricua siempre. After all these years, I have returned to school to get my Masters in Business. There is nothing more dangerous than a Boricua with an education. Regarding my pictures below...I included some pictures of me recently, not that its important but what the hell? To those who have worn the uniform...I salute you...you are true heroes. To those who haven't...you are lucky, for you will never know the horror of war. May God bless those that protect us, our police, our firemen and especially our armed forces. Its sad that the protected never really know the price of that protection.... As a soldier, I bled on a battlefield far away from my little island and I had friends lay down their lives too... these things were not done in vain, they were for a true and noble cause. Courage is not to speak out when your rights are protected... courage is to face impending danger, and do what you have to do in spite of that danger!!!! To all those in uniform, I send this message: God Bless You all and keep you safe, and speed your way back home. Remember that we love you so, and that you're not alone. The gift you give you share with all, a present every day, You give the gift of liberty and that we can't repay. To the Boricua soldiers, sailors and airmen now fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan.. I send you this humble message which I modified from Shakespear`s Henry V: The famous St. Crispin`s Day speech before the battle: "And today shall never go by, from this day to the ending of the world, but we Boricua soldiers shall be remembered - We few, we happy few, we band of brothers; For he today that sheds his blood with me shall be my brother. Be he never so shy, this day shall gentle his condition; and gentlemen all over shall think themselves cursed they were not here, And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks that fought with us upon any war...that our islita can live so free" God Bless you on your journey Boricua... and in Gods good time, may you come home safely back to us. I love my Salsa merengue and bachata. I dance as if my life depended on it....I play the bongos and jam whenever I can..... Boricua siempre!! Write to me...I enjoy hearing from mi gente out there...Love you lots..and for you haters...find a hobby dude...or get a grip! Remember to live simply so others may simply live!
