Purkey My favorite quote!!! My goal is to live life to it's
fullest, without regrets, without fear. I have a great life. I love
my job. I love to listen to music, write poetry, and recently got
into yoga. I believe in taking care of yourself from the inside
out. If you're not happy from within you'll never find happiness
with your physical self. I believe that we all possess a certain
beauty and once we find that within ourselves others are able to
see it also. I am trying to not get caught up in the routine of
everyday life but to see each day as a new chance to find
happiness. We have a choice daily to "see the glass half empty, or
half full"--I want to view it as "just what I need- no more;no
less" and appreciate every taste of it
