What has been your reaction when you tell someone you love them? Is it what you expect? Is it really hard to say? Why are such simple words so difficult to get out?

Pardonme for stepping in: Ty I have seen many of your posts, and I am going to assume you're just saying that.

Love is powerful word and as such should not be used lightly. Some people will hold you to it, Lord help if you do not mean it. Saying it when it is not true hurts more than not saying it.

In one person, I saw joy and near the end fear, and today sorrow and regret.

love is a risk.

If you mean and say it, then you open yourself up for one of two things:

Much happiness
or
Much pain

I think most people are afraid to take the chance.
