Retail Pet Services – Groomer/Pet Stylist/Dog Trainer

PETCO has a variety of positions available for Grooming and Dog Training professionals.

Our Groomers perform grooming services, including brushing, bathing and conditioning of animals, as well as clipping and trimming the coats of our furry friends. Our Dog Training Instructors conduct dog training classes and consult with customers on behavioral issues. Their expertise helps our customers bond with their pets and ultimately helps keep more dogs in happy homes.

Grooming/Stylist candidates should have at least one year of professional grooming experience. Positions also require successful completion of a personal skill evaluation by a PETCO Pet Stylist or Grooming Salon Manager. Dog Trainer positions require formal dog-training experience and the ability to train with a positive reinforcement approach.

No grooming experience? PETCO provides training.
