I am 42 years of age and have 6 children ages 12-23. Two girls' and
four boys' that I am quite proud of and raised all on my own! I
have three grandchildren as of December 15th 2007...what a
beautiful Christmas present! One grandson age four, 2
granddaughters ages two years old and four months. Hopefully soon,
I will have pictures' of myself, my children and grandchildren
here! I haven't met the four month old as she is back home in NY
State with her mom and dad. I have now seen pics of my newest
granddaughter. She looks like my son whom, looks like me. She is so
beautiful, like i was when I was a child. Once you start getting
older, you look in the mirror and wonder where did all my youth go
to?? I still look good though....and I am not the conceided type of
woman either. Just looking at my children and my grandchildren
tells me I can't be as ugly as I have always thought...it's just
the age setting in, that's all! Since yesterday, when the pics (
five of them, one where it had voice on it and she was giggling
with her daddy, my son) came in and I finally got to see her, I
have realized "if I can make a handsome young man, whom looks
identical to me, and he can make a gorgeous little girl like Shyli,
where can I get off saying that I am ugly." As soon as I get a cord
for the phone to where I can plug it in to the computer, she and my
son and daughter in law will all be on McGenti along with my other
web sites!! I am a very proud mother and grandmother. I actually
teared up when I saw the pic of Shyli and heard her laughing...I
mean, man, was she laughing! It was beautiful and made me feel like
I was right there with her, Kora, and David! My other two
grandchildren, Kenneth and Lillian, I have actually spent lots of
time with and played with and even watched to give their mother,
Desire' a break and let her get out and do something. Always nice
to have that break. I love children, something about them can bring
out the child in me. I am relaxed around them and could spend the
rest of my life just enjoying their company! Children are fabulous!
I also love music, pretty much anything...love the blues, old rock
n' roll, R&B, rap, country, etc, etc. I love working, working
around people, with people, I can play a 12 string acoustic guitar
and have played in bands in bars and a restaurant. I like exercise
and do it daily. Will write more when I get some time. Thanks for
