What's up Mi Gente. Little info about myself... Originally from Fort Worth, I've lived in Houston for about 2 years now. I'm a Mechanical engineer by day, student by night. Balancing work and school is no joke, especially in my line of work. Don't really have time for anything else. I'm here to just meet some friends and have some fun. This poem "Don't Quit" by Kristone was taught to me during college and to this day, I try to live by its meaning. If you want to know more, just send a note

Don't Quit
When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road your trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the depts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit---
Rest if you must, but DON'T YOU QUIT.
Life is queer with it's twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a person turns about,
When they might have won had they stuck it out.
Don't give up though the pace seems slow---
You may succeed with another blow.
Often the struggler has given up,
When he might have captured the victor's cup;
And he learned to late when the night came down,
How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out---
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit, ---
It's when things seem worst that you MUSTN'T QUIT.
