Alright, check it out. I have been taking a little nap for most of
the past 24 years. Kings have had shorter reigns. Roman emperors
betrayed in less. I have seen 4 presidents run this country closer
to its demise And much to my suprise after 24 years gone bye i find
it hard to grasp how much i have lett my life slip through my
grasp. i never did keep in touch. i had never been touched by
anyone to keep. so it seemed. i held on tight to those who have
helped me fall into a tangled mess of lies and ruined lives. i
failed to see those who truly cared for where they were; right
before my very eyes. so i hump along. moving forward, side wards on
occasion. with so many bridges left in ruins it never hurts to put
the pieces back together with people on the oetherside. only now
after 24 years am i starting to understand the importance of the
bonds we form with the people we meet. Only now am I starting to
realize the value of my defeat. THere was once a path in my head.
clear. Focused I was. Focused I am once again. There is nowhere to
go but on.
