Im A big Salsa lover an a very good salsera..Reggaeton is supposedly the genre from us teens these dayz but Ever since i was born all i've ever loved to listen to was salsa..I may not be too old to realize all the big salseros like Johnny Pacheco, Willie Colon, Eddie Palmieri, Tommy Olivencia. etc. But i have grown up with them.. Para los jóvenes que se piensan que reggaeton es la mejor música, que se joda! Salsa is the Best..thanks for the songs, i've been lookin for something like this for a long time. Keep it up =P

My real name is Joseph Arvelo, i am 21 and currently living in Orlando, Fl. Growing up i have always had a great love in music. My father was a DJ as well and even while i was only a toddler i have always know that i would take over for him. Salsa is maybe my biggest inspiration along side with all types of latin music. I think its great that Migente has been able to add this feature allowing latinos of all types the ability to be exposed to different music in our culture. Many young hispanics are not really expose to all the great singers such as Hector Lavoe, El Gran Combo, Joe arroyo and many more. I love reggaeton just as much as the next latino, but i agree that we should also respect and pay attention to all the great music our culture has been able to produce over the years. Especially now that most of these artist are reaching old age. I am a great fan of reggaeton as well as hip-hop. I can almost sit down next to a radio and listen to any station cause i love all music. Lastly i would love to represent my country. I am Boricua and i am proud to say it. I love Puerto Rico with all my heart, all the way from the great culture to the music, to all the great land and beautiful sites that lie within. OYE PUERTO RICOOOOOOOOOOO mi Isla de encanto.
