Since Notch's departure from the popular 90s group, Born Jamericans, he has kept himself busy lacing his fans with a mix of reggae and reggaeton favorites including "Zoom Gial," "Guaya Guaya," and "Hay Que Bueno." Not many artists have been able to fuse reggae, Latin, pop, reggaeton, and R&B quite like Notch. Born to a Jamaican father who is part Cuban and a Black American-Puerto Rican mother, Notch learned Jamaican patois, Spanish, as well as the latest African American slang.
