Fredric Szeto has more than 28 years of leadership and work experience in both the United States Air Force, U.S.A.F. and several civilian companies. An accomplished Imagery Analyst, marketer and collections manager, his vision and expertise in military intelligence, have contributed to the successful completion of several service related operations. His achievements in marketing and collections have also assisted in the growth of several companies including West Telecommunications and Portfolio Recovery Associates.
Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths Fredric Szeto distinguished himself as Team Chief, 7426th Tactical Reconnaissance Intelligence Support Squadron, 26th Tactical Reconnaissance Wing, Zweibrucken Air Base, Germany, from 7 March 1984 to 3 February 1987. During this period, Fredric?s outstanding technical skill, superior initiative and dedication significantly contributed to the sustained high quality production of imagery derived intelligence, thus enhancing the wing?s ability to support the Commander in Chief, Europe, and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, NATO. As Non Commissioned Officer in Charge, NCOIC of the Imagery Interpretation Section, 91st Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron, 67th Tactical Reconnaissance Wing, Bergstrom Air Force Base, Austin Texas, from 4 February 1987 to 25 June 1989. During this period, Fredric?s superior professional skills and expertise assisted immeasurably to the timely and effective imagery interpretation support to NATO and Tactical Air Command reconnaissance programs. His comprehensive interpretation reports written in support of the Joint Chiefs of Staff directed mission FURTIVE BEAR were key components for updating the national intelligence data base with current and accurate information.
Fredric also had significant impact as NCOIC, Imagery Interpretation Section, Detachment 1, 480th Reconnaissance Technical Group, Howard Air Force Base, Republic of Panama, from 3 August 1989 to 3 September 1990. At that time, Fredric supervised and performed outstanding first phase exploitation of a classified aerial imagery mission. His skill, determination and knowledge of the techniques necessary to detect clandestine activity significantly aided the total interpretation and dissemination effort which took over 25 non-stop hours to complete. The crucial information was provided to United States Southern Command intelligence planners and in-country teams who acknowledged the effort as one of the keys to the operation?s success.
Fredric Szeto?s exceptional track record of business improvement is based on his philosophy of total enterprise engagement in change. He is known for his ability to quickly identify and diagnose sales and growth impediments within marketing and collections companies, and help streamline work operations. He is currently the Chairman of the Board for Entity Private Held Mortgages, LLC (EPHM) a uniquely driven mortgage company, the Chief Executive Officer for Szeto Tongue and Quill, LLC a company that provides written business services like resumes and corporate bios and is a co-host and panel member of The Buck Stops Here Live Radio Show of Hampton Roads a mass media conduit that educates people on value investing and business formation.
Fredric received his Associates Degree in Applied Sciences from the Community College of the Air Force and his BA from Hampton University. He is currently a co-owner and Vice President of Public Relations for Entity Professionals, LLC. Fred serves as Chairman of the Board for Entity Private Held Mortgages, LLC. Mr. Szeto is a panel member and helps promote the Business Radio talk show, The Buck Stops Here Live, a vehicle that provides an education to the masses on proven successful business practices that have been used for years. He attends Church at Bethel Temple in Hampton, VA. Fred resides in Yorktown, VA with his wife of 27 years Waleska Szeto.
