I mainly eat fish, fruits & vegetables. I enjoy making Caribbean dishes the most. I don`t eat pork(parasites) red meat(growth hormones) & completely phasing out: turkey, chicken & chicken Heads!



THE ROOF: (is on fiya, we don`t need no water let the... circa 1985)





UPSTAIRS:

I`m not hypnotized by superficial & pricey things, only the priceless things which cannot be replaced. Like an amazing woman you didn`t know how to love (connecting souls)...& therefore lost (ok, I digress); family; good friends, beautiful spirits, etc.



I enjoy engaging conversations with people who are interesting, creative or passionate about learning & teaching their craft.

I`m attracted to positive spirits since I`m a pretty nice cat myself :)





THE ATTIC

I`ve become a creative scientist. When I`m relaxing at home, I`m usually in the Soul-Science Lab: making hand-dipped incense & natural soaps, scented candles, etc (with reggae vibrations echoing in the background).
