Back to the city and starting all over again.
New life, new friends, new job...it all seems unreal at times.
However, I love New Orleans and HERE I STAND to hepl rebuild-RENEW ORLEANS.

My hair story is...

For a long time I`ve thought about locking my hair. It was a decision I made after considering all the trauma I`ve put my hair through over the years.



I really got tired of frying my hair with relaxers or flat irons. Basically, burning it straight. That wasn`t its natural form or texture. I am of a mixed ancestry (Black and Puerto Rican) and I like the different textures of my hair. I wanted something that fit me, personally and didn`t force me to conform into the perceived idea of beauty.



My hair is my hair...it`s natural, lacking all harsh chemicals and it`s managable.
