In August 2001,a twine egine Cessina plane crashed 200 ft away from a runaway with singer/actress Aaliyah Dana Haughton and nine other passengers on board.All,includin tha pilot,were killed.Prior to the death,Aaliyah`s third self titled album had jaust been released and her second feature film,Queen of the Damned,was slated to be released.
One of the most industry loses was Lisa"Left Eye"Lopes,member of the multiplatinum trio TLC.While she was supposedly speeding.The other eight passenger sustained no major injuries.
