Hola MiGente Friends whats up! I just wanted to let everyone know that I am going to be auditioning for Comedy Central on Wednesday May 27th @ The Improv Comedy Club in Brea California. Man this is a crazy time of year. Running here and
there. Sometimes it seems like every minute of the day
is already planned . It's just crazy! With all that
going on I still wanted to take the time say Happy
Holidays to all the new friends I have made this year on
MiGente. You all have a Merry Christmas/Happy
Kwanzaa/Happy Hanukkah or what ever holiday it is you

I've been writing comedy forever. It seams like since I was a kid. But all that writing was for for stand-up, and I've always been pretty good at it. A few months ago a comedian friend of mine asked me if I wanted to help him out in writing and filming a short script for a film festival. I was like sure, why not, how hard could it be? Boy was I surprised. I don't think either of us knew what we were getting into. Neither of us had ever writen anything like before and it was so much work with the writing and re-writing then writing and re-writing again. That was so much work, then came the real dificult part. FILMING! Long story short (to late) we learned a lot and hopfully this will be the first of many funny projects we work on together. We made a trailer for the video if you would like to see it. Thanks again to everyone for all the support.

Since I joined MiGente the response I have gotten from people here has been great. I have met a lot of really fantastic people and had some great conversations. Please feel free to write me if you want to chat about comedy or being a comedian. I love talking about comedy. I get a lot of the same questions Are you really a comedian? The answer that is yes. I get up on stage as often as I can, night after night making strangers to laugh! I also get a lot of the "I've always wanted to try that" and I say the same thing every time Well then do it! Sure you will be scared, I'm still scared every time I hit the stage and I've been doing this for a few years. It took me years of saying I can do that before I actually stepped foot on stage, but I did it, and am doing it! I always new I wanted to be a comedian but I was to scared to try, that and didn't know what to do or how to get started. But I figured it out and am working on making it happen. Maybe you don't want to be a comedian. Maybe you are an actor or a dancer a musician or a fill in the blank, what ever it is you want to do or be you just have to go out and make it happen. Don't let people tell you can't. You get a lot of that when you chase your dreams.
