I just got done putting in my vote for our next hopeful president of our country. It is very important for each one of us to cast our vote in such an important time of our lives. This is a historical time we are around to witness and see how the US is going through its condition meanwhile preparing to have a new president that can be a big influence on how we progress as a nation. I went to church Sunday and the Pastor mentioned something very interesting that I have been sharing with close friends. Today marks 40 years since Martin Luther King Jr. said his big speech that signified change for us. Since that speech 40yrs ago things have significantly changed globally for people of all cultures. All being for the good in life. Forty relates to a period of evident probation. Forty has long been universally recognized as an important number, and the uniformity of its association with a period of probation, trial, and chastisement. Forty seemed to be used as a "time of testing" This is what is what we are all going through today. Here are some examples and history of what I am describing to you.: * Moses spent 40 years in the palace of Pharaoh (learning how to rule), and then 40 years in the desert with Jethro (learning how to live in the desert) before returning to Egypt for the Exodus. * The Israelites spent forty years in the wilderness before entering the Promised Land (see Wilderness Journey). * Jesus Christ fasted 40 days at the time of his temptation by Satan (see Go Ahead, Jump!). People see this as something different and extraordinary how he is actually making it reality by becoming the next president of the US. Something maybe 10yrs ago people would say was impossible. With the details I have described the point is that GOD begins new things every 40yrs. Study this very closely. Be prepared for major changes that have already started, but after these elections we will be witnessing a major CHANGE. Just hope it is GOOD change!
