Message from Barack: "How this happened"

Posted

Before his Election Night speech, Barack sent out this message to suppporters:

I'm about to head to Grant Park to talk to everyone gathered there, but I wanted to write to you first.

We just made history.

And I don't want you to forget how we did it.

You made history every single day during this campaign -- every day you knocked on doors, made a donation, or talked to your family, friends, and neighbors about why you believe it's time for change.

I want to thank all of you who gave your time, talent, and passion to this campaign. We have a lot of work to do to get our country back on track, and I'll be in touch soon about what comes next.

But I want to be very clear about one thing...

All of this happened because of you.

Thank you,

Barack

Hello Mr. President Obama,
First allow me to congratulate you on you Victory. The late Martin Luther King dream has come true. I thought, yet never gave it a thought to be honest, that a black man would become President of this country. And I am so proud of you for acheving this great feat. I would like to know what is your view and proposed help for the millions of individuals living with HIV/AIDS? I look forward to hearing from you on this subject.

To the President elected.
Sir. Before I may continue,I would like to congratulate you for such a great Victory. I would love to be there at this park, and freely express what I have in mind to say to you.unfortunetly I am an indigent person, therefore I might even be working on this day,but if I could make it to Grant park I would certainly be there with you to have the great plesure to speak to you and to congratulate you myself in person. Sir besides all I would like to let you know that for what ever reason might be your servant here would be more than please to provide to you a helping hand at any given moment,.once again Thank you Sir.and may the Grace, and Peace of the Lord my God jesus Christ be with you, your Family and each and all of those whom surround you.

To: Mr. President Barack Obama:

Mr. Obama was elected thanks to the great support of minorities like Afroamericans and Latinos. We hope and keep the faith that Obama will help these minorities concerning the following issues:
Housing, by building confortable apartments of two (2) beddrooms with elevators, kitchen, bathroom, livingroon and garage, without putting downpayment, no interest and 40 years to pay said apartment or house, thus, the morgage will be monthly no more than one thousand (1.000) dollars. (Federal budget)

College education absolutely free for all minorities. Minimun salary should be 15 dollars an hour.
Healt care totally free for minorities. Increase the social programs concerning food and entertainment for minorities.

Employment proteccion for minorities concerning the Federal law enforced by the NLRB (National Labor Relations Board)
Democratize all unions, so unions should be pro workers and never again pro employers. Employment arbitrations should be decided by the Federal government. Improving the EEOC Law concerning descrimination against minorities.

Respectfully submitted,
